Leatherface (Ben Vereen) is a mean-spirited drunk who allows a group of kids, led by Kate (Tiffany Helm), Bobbi (Gina Battist), Danny (Eric Gurry), and Val (Marc Price), to reopen the decrepit nightclub he owns as a teen hangout. One night Hardin (Jason Gedrick), a new kid in town, saves Kate from Little Joe (Jackie Earle Haley) and his brothers (Glen and Gary Mauro).
