Elizabeth Banks and Seth Rogen, Zack and Miri Make a Porno
One of basics of making a porno, according to adult film vet Katie Morgan, is "ball hiding." It's the kind of technical detail of a porn movie that typically remains shrouded between the sheets — until you make your own.
Such is the mission of characters in the aptly titled Zack & Miri Make a Porno, which stars Seth Rogen (Zack) and Elizabeth Banks (Miri) as roommates who need to come up with cash to keep from getting evicted from their apartment. Morgan plays Stacey, one of the "actors" the roomies hire when they embark on their filmmaking odyssey after some inspiration from a gay porn star. They quickly assemble a rag-tag team to make the magic happen — and learn about themselves in the raunchy process.
The learning began, however, with the real-life making of Zack & Miri. Morgan brought her expertise to the set, revealing a couple of tricks of the trade which she shared with the director, Kevin Smith, and TVGuide.com.
