Based on the notorious case of British poisoner Graham Young, this black comedy is more black than funny, except in the queasiest sort of way. Young Graham (Hugh O'Conor) slowly poisons his stepmother, charting her horrific decline in neatly kept notebooks, until someone twigs to her trouble -- too late to do her any good -- and puts the little sociopath away.
