John Huston stars in this cloyingly sweet nonsense as a dying priest who runs an orphanage. The home is threatened by possible closure but a soccer match (the sport permeates the film) saves the day for all. The great soccer legend Pele, whom Huston had directed in VICTORY (1981), is featured. leave a comment
