Same To You

A modest independent that gained fairly widespread attention on the festival circuit, SAME TO YOU concerns a pair of musicians, Franke and Levy, whose romance has lost its sparkle and who are looking for a way to end it without too much pain. Levy storms out of the apartment one day and goes to a brothel, where he unsuccessfully attempts sex with a black prostitute. Later he gets a message from Franke to join her for a gig at a 50th wedding anniversary. There they play dance tunes, tell jokes, and do scenes while Franke is given the eye by a handsome American in a white dinner jacket.
