It seems that the gangsters of the 1930s were willing to take a crack at anything in order to make a buck--here it's using a high-frequency radio transmitter in order to jam the frequency of a radio station. A nifty blackmail scheme is created by Dumbrille, proceeding until the Navy steps in to interfere with his game. Though based on a good premise, the story is handled in a way that does little to expand upon the situations. Performances are all walk-throughs. leave a comment
