YELLOW CARGO should receive some sort of special mention for sporting one of the most ingenious plots in B-movie history. Nagel and Hunt are government agents who uncover a tricky smuggling team operating under the guise of a Hollywood movie crew. Pretending to be shooting a film, the
smugglers dress their "actors" to look like Chinese extras and ship them to Catalina Island for "filming." They then strip off their makeup and send back real Chinese in their place. Nagel and Hunt, the dynamic agent duo, pose as extras and infiltrate the ring, not revealing their true identities
until the finale. It's a silly way to kill an hour.
