A smartly directed and inventive science fiction picture about a living mud glob that feeds on radioactivity and bursts out of the Earth's crust every 50 years or so. This time, however, it has to deal with Jagger, brilliant scientist and mud globologist, who battles it with electronic waves. Similar to the British series of Quatermass pictures, which also contained some creeping unknown terrors. leave a comment
