Elliott's rise to power from pioneer to Wyoming's top cattle rancher is the central plot of this expertly photographed oater. When the Homestead Act is introduced, the villainous Dekker rallies the incoming farmers against Elliott. Elliott's patience is pushed to the limit when Dekker,
