Wrong Move

Scripted by Peter Handke--who cowrote Wim Wenders' THE GOALIE'S ANXIETY AT THE PENALTY KICK and WINGS OF DESIRE--this cool, distant film about unsympathetic characters is nonetheless engaging because of the special touch Wenders brings to it. WRONG MOVE centers on aspiring writer Wilhelm Meister (Rudiger Vogler), who sits in his apartment wondering how he can ever write when he despises people so intensely.
