An decent oater entry which has Taylor cast as a deacon interested in building a church on a piece of property donated by the town drunk. In the meantime, Corrigan, King, and Terhune are trying to crack a string of robberies performed in a gentlemanly fashion by the notorious Black Bart.
Turns out that Taylor was the original Bart, but he's hung up his unloaded gun, paving the way for saloon owner Ellis to take his place. King sings a pair of tunes, "Wrangler's Roost" and "Joggin'."
