Coaches Sam Archer (John Amos) and Milo Jackson (Tim Conway) discover jungle boy Nanu (Jan-Michael Vincent) showing off his amazing physical abilities in the wilds of Africa. They bring him back to their college and transform him into a track star, thus saving their team from once again being the laughing stock of the league.
