Witchfire

When an asylum psychiatrist dies in a car wreck, three of his patients--Lydia (Shelley Winters, who doubles as associate producer), Hattie (Francesca De Sapio), and Julietta (Corinne Neuchateau)--refuse to believe he is dead. When they are taken to the funeral for verification, Lydia leads her friends in an escape to an abandoned mansion in the woods, where Lydia, who fancies herself a witch, conducts seances to contact their deceased doctor, and where the three crazies meet and proceed to terrorize a hunter (Gary Swanson) and his son (David Mendenhall).
