Back to the depopulated future again as an epidemic has caused the collapse of civilization. Parts of the city are quarantine zones that have been taken over by gangs who prey on the hapless families in the area. Steve (Devin Hoelscher) and his family become the victims of Reegus (Merritt
Butrick) and his gang. Steve then seeks revenge. Perhaps not as offensive as some films in the science fiction-vengeance vein, this may be the dullest yet. The performances are wooden, but the cinematography is superb, creating a shadowy, threatening city. Too bad it's wasted in this mindless
vengeance actioner.
