Back to the depopulated future again as an epidemic has caused the collapse of civilization. Parts of the city are quarantine zones that have been taken over by gangs who prey on the hapless families in the area. Steve (Devin Hoelscher) and his family become the victims of Reegus (Merritt Butrick) and his gang. Steve then seeks revenge.
