The first fictional narrative filmed in IMAX 3-D boasts eye-popping aerial effects, but the story -- about a '30s airplane pilot (Craig Sheffer) on a near-fatal run between Santiago and Buenos Aires -- is overfamiliar and quickly tiresome.
