If not an affair to remember, this light-hearted romance's combination of fairy-tale plot elements and an attractive cast adds up to a generally pleasant, if ultimately forgettable, diversion. Hollywood bad-boy Tad Hamilton (Josh Duhamel) is notorious for his carousing, drinking, smoking and all-around reckless behavior. In hopes of cleaning up Tad's image and helping him land better parts, Tad's agent (Nathan Lane) and manager (Sean Hayes) — who, curiously, are both named Richard Levy — concoct a plan to send their client out for a media-friendly date with an adoring fan.
