Obscure film version of the Jack London novel starring Heston and bankrolled by a conglomerate of international investors. Unfortunately, outstanding color photography of beautiful Finnish locations does not a movie make, and it is hard to maintain interest as Heston plods through the snow in search of adventure. A big, empty picture postcard of a movie. leave a comment
