The first and the very best biker movie. Kicked out of a legit motorcycle race, Marlon Brando and his gang of Black Rebels roar into the sleepy little town of Wrightsville and raise Hell. More trouble rolls into town with the arrival of Lee Marvin, a former Rebel who's got his own pack and a bone to pick with Brando. Producer Stanley Kramer hoped to illuminate the ills of juvenile delinquency, but instead he helped create an anthem for disaffected youth fascinated by Brando's powerful, moody antihero.
