When socialite Young marries Park Avenue doctor Baxter, she finds that Bruce, his nurse, also loves and has devoted her life to the physician. Young becomes jealous and has Bruce sent away. The married couple continue their life, but Baxter's work begins to suffer without his operating-room partner.
