One of the best "Hopalong Cassidy" films and also one of the longest running times for a series western. Brent dominates a town being plagued by rustlers. She also serves as a front for the gang, which is led by Jory. Boyd and his Bar 20 boys decide to clean things up, so the cowpoke hero gets elected sheriff and leads in chasing the bad guys from the area and jailing Brent. The story is no different from many westerns but the players perform with conviction under the taut direction of Selander. leave a comment
