This not very exciting thriller is set in a California seaside resort. Three blonde female guests are found murdered. It turns out that the hotel's handyman (Roberts) is donning a Halloween mask and hacking up the guests. Brady, a retired cop who now works as the house detective, tracks
him down. This strange feature employed "Duo-Vision," the split-screen technique that so nicely built up suspense in Brian De Palma's terror film, SISTERS. Unfortunately, none of the skill shown in that film is evident here, so the technique is reduced to a gimmick. The music was the original
