This film provides a behind-the-scenes look at an army hospital in the Philippines during WW II. The plot dwells on the developing affairs between wounded soldiers and their nurses, with occasional lapses into the tension-filled working routine. There are some interesting scenes, but not
enough to overcome the burdensome script, ineffective camera work, and inexperienced acting.
