Jackie Chan fans will enjoy this spiffy vehicle that offers both fleet footwork and a better-than-average scenario. In 1996, Uncle Sam sends a Special Ops team to retrieve a meteorite fragment, an essential ingredient for a controversial new weapon. Plotting to perfect the weapon for their own profit, CIA Agent Morgan (Ron Smerczak) and the Pentagon’s General Sherman (Ed Nelson) ambush their own team. Believing they’ve executed all witnesses, the dastardly duo kidnaps foreign scientists and forces them to work on the armament.
