A weak vehicle that tries to promote Gould (a la Jerry Lewis) as a comedian with a bent toward slapstick. He plays a man being used in an experiment on germ warfare (it's never to be believed that any nut would allow for such a thing). The gas used causes him to suffer some nasty side
effects that leave him acting like a chimpanzee with only a small bit of human intelligence. Leave it to a character of this nature to plot to use this same gas to go about robbing banks. The scriptwriter must have taken a good whiff of the gas himself each time he sat down at his typewriter. The
