Which Way To The Front?

This misfired Jerry Lewis effort (some would argue passionately that all of Lewis' films are misfires) is one of the last films the comedian directed. Lewis plays Brendan Byers III, a multimillionaire whose greatest desire is to do something to help the US effort in WW II, but who has been declared unfit for service. Desperate to aid the cause, the millionaire assembles his own little army and undertakes to enter the war on the Allied side. Sailing to Italy, the rag-tag little group comes up with a plan to kidnap a high-ranking Nazi officer. To do this, Byers takes over the Nazi's identity, getting himself into trouble when the Allied forces come marching in...
