The comic talents of neither Durante nor Keaton could do much to save this farce about two men who attempt to set up a brewery toward the end of Prohibition. But breweries still aren't legal, so they wind up having to give all their stock away. Though the film has its moments, these are few and far between, one of the major problems being Keaton's real-life bout with the bottle which left him too despondent for any form of acting. leave a comment
