Weekend Of Shadows: Review

A trenchant murder drama that is mixed with a sufficiently convincing tale about lynch mob fury. Waters joins a posse determined to catch a Polish immigrant farmhand whom they believe killed a rancher's wife. The mob is led by police sergeant Roberts, whose sole purpose in hunting down the fugitive is to regain his stature as a cop after he had caused the deaths of two youngsters.
