The Wayward Bus: Review

This adaptation of John Steinbeck's novel barely scratches its surface in terms of characterizations; still, it's mildly entertaining. Jason is a bus driver who takes his passengers on a journey spotted by storms of both the emotional and meteorological kind. In both cases disaster is barely averted. Jason is reunited with hard-drinking, jealous wife Collins, while stripper Mansfield and traveling salesman Dailey become an unlikely pair. leave a comment
