Williamson stars as an unethical black detective. The minimal plot concerns his efforts to capture Pierce, a gangster who's after money embezzled by Woolf. Williamson, who also wrote, directed, and produced this film, has made a mean-spirited, anti-woman, anti-white diatribe.
