A Wave, A Wac And A Marine

Broadway talent agent Youngman--in his feature-film debut--makes a big slip-up when he signs the wrong ladies for the cast of a show: he mistakes understudies Knox and Gillis for the legitimate actresses, Ames and Woodworth. But everything turns out fine when the two understudies have enough talent to attract the interest of a Hollywood studio. Although not billed as such, this was Lou Costello's executive producing debut: Sebastian Cristillo is his father's name. Songs include: "Time Will Tell," "Gee, I Love My G.I. Guy," and "Carry On" (Eddie Cherkose, Jacques Press, Freddie Rich).
