Good and dumb, in equal measure. Adam Sandler stars as the "water distribution engineer" (read: waterboy) for a Louisiana college football team who's uncontrollable anger lands him a spot as the star tackle. Much of the humor is of the hit-in-the-head-with-a-football variety, but it works in it's own sweet, knuckleheaded way. Also starring Kathy Bates, Fairuza Balk and Henry Winkler.
