Flaccid comedy starring Kendall as a diplomat who is outraged to discover that a rich British businessman has agreed to pay a large sum of money to a foreign dictator in exchange for some lucrative oil drilling rights. To divert the money back to Britain, Kendall poses as the dictator, takes the money, and gives it to charity. Too tame to be funny. leave a comment
