This sugary Washington soap opera casts Tracy as a crusading Mr. Smith type of congressman who attempts to stop a corrupt group of politicians. In order to shut him up, the crooks stage a phony re-count and get Tracy booted out of his governmental seat. With the help of elder statesman Connolly and his granddaughter Cummings, Tracy not only regains his seat but makes the halls of justice squeaky clean. leave a comment
