Poor comedy starring Keaton, in one of his last film appearances, as a German general stationed in Italy on the eve of the Allied invasion in WW II. Two American soldiers, Franchi and Ingrassia, plot to steal the Nazi offensive strategy plans, but the Nazis plant a false set of documents for them.
