Borrowing its title from the TV series in which Steve McQueen starred as bounty hunter Josh Randall, this film features Rutger Hauer as Nick Randall, great-grandson of McQueen's character and also a bounty hunter. His quarry is Malak Al Rahim (Gene Simmons), an Arab terrorist responsible for a reign of terror in Los Angeles.
