Martin Scorsese took a break from editing New York, New York to capture the Band's farewell performance at San Francisco's Winterland Arena. The result is one of the finest concert films ever made. The Band are joined onstage by such rock legends as Joni Mitchell, Neil Young and, of course, Bob Dylan for stirring renditions of "Up on Cripple Creek," "The Weight" and "I Shall Be Released."
