Waitress

This low-budget comedy follows the lives of three women who work in a New York City restaurant. Lindsey (Renata Majer), the daughter of the owner, is forced to work at the restaurant against her will after being expelled from prep school; Jennifer (Carol Bevar), a lusty blonde, is working as a waitress to research an article on how to meet men; and Andrea (Carol Drake) is the proverbial actress struggling to pay the bills until she is discovered. There isn't much of a plot, just a bunch of faintly amusing episodes revolving around the parade of characters who make their way through the restaurant.
