Everything conceivable was thrown into this spoof of teenage slasher films. A small town is in the grip of the notorious "Lawnmower Killer," who murdered a girl 13 years before. Although nobody will believe him, local cop Dick Harbinger (Joe Don Baker) is convinced that the killer will strike again.
