A Voice In The Night: Review

Typical wartime propaganda sees Viennese doctor Brook, who is held in high regard by the Nazis, becoming increasingly disillusioned with the repressive regime as he watches his friends persecuted and his wife's slow seduction by it. With the help of engineer Farr, Brook sets up an underground radio station and in his broadcasts condemns Hitler and holds out the promise that one day a "better" Germany will emerge from the rubble. leave a comment
