Nine short vignettes are all basically one-joke sketches with a very dark sense of humor. The common theme is that men are a pretty rotten and selfish lot, with only the comic energies of Sordi, Gassman, and Tognazzi giving the sketches life. Nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the 1978 Academy Awards. leave a comment
