Virginia's Husband: Review

Boyd plays a feminist (long before the word was common coin) with an avowed passion against men. However, she is quickly forced to change her ways when her aunt, Esmond, who has been supporting her, arrives unexpectedly in London. Esmond thinks her niece is married, forcing Boyd to take on Gardiner as a husband cover. Some amusing moments but not enough to sustain the comedy throughout. A remake of a 1928 silent film. leave a comment
