In this adult animnated film, a group of Mafioso vampires headquartered in Chicago during the 1930s is at war with a rival gang in Dusseldorf. Both gangs are after a secret formula developed by a Cuban scientist. The elixir is valuable because it allows vampires to survive in sunlight.
