Bob (Robert Hays) is a social worker who decides to take on the local utility companies in a seemingly futile battle. Is he doing this out of concern for the environment? Maybe, but winning the affections of policewoman Marion (Brooke Adams) is also high on his list of priorities. There are some attempts at satire which fall flat, making this a highly forgettable comedy. leave a comment
