Routine tragic romance starring Waycoff as a young Jew pressured by his upward-thinking family to marry a rich girl rather than the poor Miss Grey, whom he really loves. Shocked, hurt, and confused, Grey meets and marries Irishman Oakie as revenge. Eventually Oakie learns that their marriage is loveless and offers to divorce Grey, but she decides to remain with him despite the fact that she still loves Waycoff. leave a comment
