Unseen Enemy: Review

US agent Devine and Canadian intelligence operative Terry are on the trail of Carrillo, who has hooked up with Axis provocateurs. These "enemies of democracy" try to come up with a crew for a Japanese ship that is docked in San Francisco. Their plan is to make a getaway from the harbor and wreak havoc on West Coast shipping. Terry helps break up this operation and also falls for Hervey, a cafe singer and the stepdaughter of Carrillo. leave a comment
