Set against a WW II backdrop, this actioner features Goulet as a determined US intelligence agent attempting to kidnap a top Nazi general. French Resistance fighters Dobkin and Gaubert unwillingly lend their help to Goulet, who they think is unduly cold-blooded. They soon discover, however, that Goulet's previous attempt to capture the general led to the torture and death of the agent's wife. Gaubert sympathizes with Goulet's cause and inevitably falls in love with him, and the general is successfully abducted. If you can buy Goulet as a secret agent, you'll believe anything. Filmed in Ireland, probably for financial reasons, since the producers are from the US.
