Uncle Scam: Review

A lame comedy about a group of federal agents trying to capture some acts of bribery on film. Coproducers, codirectors, and cowriters Pileggi and Levanios don't have much of a track record--Pileggi is a Philadelphia real estate developer who helped fund Joan Rivers' RABBIT TEST (1978), and Levanios is an industrial filmmaker. Not too surprisingly, the film has all the appeal of a real estate deal or an industrial film. leave a comment
