A fine cast makes this standard wartime programmer watchable as O'Brien and Donlevy play a couple of hoods who have a falling out. Donlevy joins the Army to escape O'Brien's gang, only to be followed all the way to Trinidad by O'Brien. Their friendship is reaffirmed, however, when they
bring in a Nazi spy. Rollicking fun in several parts, as Donlevy continually disregards Army discipline.
