When her no good younger brother commits murder Bennett gallantly takes the blame. However, the socialite finds she's got some problems when the man defending her in court is also the man she loves (Neil Hamilton). The dialog is as contrived as the plot. Motivations in this drama are
almost nonexistent and the actors merely go through the motions. Direction is little more than a camera pointing at the action. At least the sets are handsome and so are the women in their fancy costumes.
