This consistently funny British comedy revolves around a precocious, suburban teenage girl, Lockwood, who writes a steamy best-selling novel called Naked Revolt based on the scandals to be found in her neighborhood. This causes much craziness when her neighbors all begin treating each other as if they were the actual fictitious characters in the girl's novel. Lockwood's father, Ray, is suddenly looked upon as a swindler and philanderer, her aunt as a drunk, her uncle and mother as lovers; and the girl herself as a teenage hooker.
